The Vacation Express will have limited capacity and depart at different times.
Masks must be worn while on the bus.
You MUST be on the bus by your scheduled departure time to the bus assigned on your ticket or you will miss your trip.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes early, you must wait away from the buses and outside the Flag Lane area until the bus that is on your ticket pulls up. You’ll see your bus number in the lower left of our updated tickets (TACOMA01, PORTLAND01, etc.). The buses will have signage indicating what bus they are and we will have onsite personnel with signage indicating which two buses are being loaded. Most buses are direct routes.
As we add more buses into our system, every 2 buses will depart 15 minutes later. For example, Tacoma01 and Tacoma02 depart WSU Friday at 4:00 PM. Should we add a Tacoma03 and Tacoma 04, they will depart WSU at 4:15 PM. The website and ticket will reflect each bus’ depart time.
Please obey all requests given by our onsite personnel and drivers. The buses will be loaded from the rear to the front. No exceptions.
