As we resume some services, please be aware that the schedule and ridership will be limited.
Personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements will be whatever WA state mandates are at the time of travel. If masks are required: No mask = no entry. If you do not have a mask we will not allow you to ride.
We ask that you not travel while sick. Riding with the Starline Collection means you may be subject to a temperature reading, and if a fever is detected or if your are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, you will be denied entry on to the bus.
Airport Express – The airport service to/from Spokane International Airport will be reduced. Daily operation will be suspended and the Airport Express will operate at the start and end of Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring Breaks, the beginning of the Fall semester, and WSU Family Weekends.
Vacation Express – This will still operate but with a variety of changes. Trips to destinations will depart at different times so that a large group is not gathered. Your tickets will include which bus you must be on. Simply match that to signage that will be on the bus. For instance, if your ticket says “XXXX – BUS01”, you’ll load the bus that has the sign “XXXX – BUS01”. The buses will depart at the scheduled depart time. If a passenger is late, they will have the option to standby for the next departure BUT may be denied passage if all ticket holders to that time slot show.
Weekend Express – Weekend Express is now available for 2021.
These precautions are to keep you and our drivers safe. These rules are subject to change based on Washington State phase levels.
Now that that’s all out of the way, we’ve missed you!
